Professional training on our football pitch

In line with our motto “Fit & Fun for Everyone”, our football training with the former professionals Dieter Eckstein and Werner Lorant takes place every Wednesday in July and August.

Divided into two groups, starting from 3:30 p.m. for 6 to 10-year-olds, and starting from 5:30 p.m. for 11 to 15-year-olds, you can enjoy two hours of tricks and training on our own football pitch with Dieter Eckstein and Werner Lorant. Balls and training facilities are provided, and participation is free of charge.

The main focus is on having fun. The former Bundesliga pro and iconic trainer pass on a wealth of knowledge and experience to the kids.

And in an exciting game at the end of the training session, all that which has been learned can be put into practice. Of course, autograph hunters will also get their money's worth.

Werner Lorant

For over 40 years, Werner Lorant has completely devoted himself to football. As a former professional football player, he played for clubs such as Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Dortmund, Schalke 04, Hannover 96 and RW Essen.

He celebrated his largest success as the coach of TSV 1860 Munich, where he took his side from the amateur Bayernliga to the Champions League within a few years. In addition, he was coach of Fenerbahçe Istanbul, LR Ahlen, SpVgg Unterhaching, 1.FC Schweinfurt.

In Werner Lorant we have gained an additional coach for our football camp who really knows how to teach kids of all ages the ins and outs of football.

Together with Dieter Eckstein, Werner Lorant heads our football camp, which takes place every year at Pentecost, as well as the football animation as part of our sport animation programme.
